Makes a good choice for baking.  Many recipes can be flavored with one clove.  Vigorously strong spicy flavor often preferred by chefs.  Shelf life up to 10 months, 5-7 clove per bulb.

Great for cooking and roasting.  Hot when raw and mild when cooked sweeter when baked.  "The garlic lovers favorite".  Shelf life up to 9 months, 3-6 large cloves per bulb.

One of the best baking garlics.  Strong robust flavor, but not hot.  Sweet and creamy when roasted and has no after taste.  Shelf life up to 9 months, 9-10 medium cloves per bulb.
